On January 12, 2026, Prof. Nguyen Thanh Hai, Vice Rector and Dean of Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Vietnam National University (VNU-UMP), along with his delegation, paid an official visit to the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Naresuan University, under the leadership of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Rattima Jeenapongsa, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, along with the executive team.
The visit provided a valuable opportunity to further strengthen institutional relations and exchange knowledge and experiences in pharmaceutical education, research, and academic collaboration. Additionally, it established a strong basis for future academic and research growth between the two universities
On this occasion, the delegation attended presentations on the academic services and research activities of the Cosmetics and Natural Products Research Center (CosNat) and the Pilot Plant for Herbal Extract. The program also included guided tours of both facilities, followed by discussions and a summary session highlighting the potential for future academic and research cooperation.
In addition, the delegation participated in a University Tour and a Community Pharmacy Tour to gain insights into community pharmacy services and real-world professional practice. This visit marks a significant advancement in collaborative efforts between the two faculties, particularly in academic and research activities.
